Do you print t-shirts?

No. We partner with companies, load out designs. They print the final product and we receive a commission for our designs.

If I have a problem with my product, should I come to you?

We can usually track what is happening with your product, and we are happy to share this information. We cannot cancel or change orders once they’ve been placed, and we cannot replace shoddy products. We do pick our partners based on their customer care, and whether or not they print locally in a country. So, if you contact them directly then they should be able to help you. If your experience is especially poor, please let us know and we will look into their performance and consider whether we want to continue using them.

Do you sell direct?

Occasionally we have printed t-shirts on our etsy store. These are old stock from markets and promotions and are often at discounted prices.

Can I request a design?

While Jim doesn’t often do commission work, if you have a design idea you’d like to suggest, please email him at oldpachwycc@gmail.com and he will let you know what he thinks.
